General
Are your peptides intended for human consumption?
No. Every product we sell is for laboratory research use only and is not intended for human or veterinary use of any kind. That includes injection, ingestion and any personal use. Every order is placed under that condition.
What are research compounds, and how are they used?
Research compounds are specialized chemical substances intended solely for laboratory and scientific research. They are not for human or veterinary use and are used by qualified professionals for analytical, educational, or experimental purposes.
Are your compounds legal to purchase in the U.S.?
Our products comply with U.S. federal research-use-only guidelines. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure they meet all local, state, and federal regulations before placing an order.
Who is eligible to order from Bionetik Labs?
We supply only to qualified researchers, academic institutions, and industry professionals. Orders are not accepted from individuals under 21 or those seeking products for personal or recreational use.
Why choose Bionetik Labs?
Every peptide batch is tested by an independent U.S. laboratory, and every certificate we have ever received is published. The QR code on each vial opens that batch’s certificate on the lab’s own website, so the results can’t be edited by anyone, including us.
Storage & Handling
Is it normal if the peptide puck is cracked, loose, or broken?
Yes. This is normal. Lyophilized peptides can shift, fracture, or separate during shipping and handling. If the vial cap is intact and the seal has not been punctured, the product is considered uncompromised.
Why does my vial look partially empty?
Lyophilized peptides are measured by mass, not liquid volume. The visible amount of powder in a vial can vary and does not indicate underfilling.
Why does the powder look fluffy, compact, or stuck to the vial?
Physical appearance can vary with the compound and the lyophilization process. Appearance does not affect peptide identity or integrity.
Is moisture inside the vial normal?
No. If there is moisture or liquid inside a sealed vial, please email support@bionetiklabs.com.
What temperature should my products be before reconstitution?
Both peptides and Reconstitution Water should be at room temperature before reconstitution.
How should I store lyophilized peptides?
All of our peptides are sold in lyophilized form, meaning the liquid has been removed to extend shelf life. Store lyophilized peptides in the refrigerator. They can also be kept in the freezer, where they typically last one to two years, depending on the storage temperature.
How should I store reconstituted peptides?
Once reconstituted, peptides should be kept in the refrigerator only. Do not store reconstituted peptides in the freezer. Make sure your refrigerator is not set too cold, or the peptide may gel or freeze.
Can temperature exposure during shipping damage peptides?
Short-term temperature exposure during shipping is generally not an issue for sealed, lyophilized peptides. Repeated temperature cycling should be avoided once received.
Are peptides light-sensitive?
Some peptides can be sensitive to prolonged light exposure. For best stability, store vials away from direct light.
Reconstitution
How do I reconstitute my peptide?
We do not provide reconstitution instructions or advice. Please note the maximum volume printed on the vial. For example, a vial marked 3 mL cannot safely hold more than 3 milliliters of liquid.
Should reconstituted peptides be frozen?
No. Freezing reconstituted peptides is not recommended.
Testing & Certificates of Analysis
Are Bionetik Labs products independently tested?
Yes. Every peptide batch is tested before it ships by Freedom Diagnostics, an independent U.S. laboratory in Franklin, Tennessee. They have no affiliation with us and no stake in the result. Every vial carries a QR code that opens the certificate for that exact batch on the lab’s own website. You can match your vial to it by lot number, cap color and crimp ring color, and check the purity and net content printed on your label against the results on the certificate. How to verify your vial.
Who does your testing, and how do I verify it myself?
Every peptide batch is tested by Freedom Diagnostics in Franklin, Tennessee, an independent U.S. laboratory operating to ISO 9001 quality management and Good Laboratory Practice principles. In their own words: “No vendor affiliations. No conflicts of interest.”
Why the certificates are on our site: the PDFs on our Test Results page are Freedom’s own certificates, posted so you can read them before you order. They’re for browsing. Verification happens at the lab.
The fastest way to verify: scan the QR code on your vial. It opens the certificate for that exact batch on Freedom’s own site. That QR code is Freedom’s, not ours. It’s generated by the lab and printed on their certificate, and we print the same code on the vial.
To browse everything we’ve ever had tested: go to freedomdiagnosticstesting.com and click COA Lookup. Use the Company Name box (the second box, not the first), enter Bionetik Labs, and search. To find one specific certificate, use the first box with the Search Code from the top right of your COA.
Altered certificates are a known problem in this industry. A COA hosted on a seller’s own website can be edited. One on the lab’s website can’t.
What do you test for?
Every new peptide batch is now 8X tested: five vials from each batch go through an 8-point test panel:
- Purity (HPLC): measures how pure your sample is, reported as a percentage.
- Identity (LC-MS): confirms by molecular mass that the compound is what the label says.
- Net Content: measures how much peptide is actually in the vial.
- Endotoxins: screens for bacterial endotoxin contamination.
- Sterility (PCR): screens for microbial contamination using PCR.
- Conformity: tests additional vials from the same lot to confirm they match.
- Heavy Metals: screens for heavy-metal contamination.
- Contaminant Screen: screens for harmful contaminants.

Descriptions are Freedom Diagnostics’ own. Check the certificate for your lot to see exactly what it was tested for. Reconstitution Water is tested separately by Kovera Labs for preservative content, pH, endotoxins and sterility.
Do you test your Reconstitution Water?
Yes. Every batch of our Reconstitution Water is tested before it ships, and its certificate is posted on our Test Results page, with the testing lab named on it.
How is batch sampling performed?
Five vials are taken from every new batch and tested before it ships. The same full panel is run every time, regardless of batch size. A batch that doesn’t pass is never shipped. It’s discarded.
What does a COA show?
A certificate can include peptide identity, purity results, net content, endotoxin and sterility screening, batch or lot information, a photo of the tested vial, and the analytical methods used.
Why does my COA show multiple vial results?
The number of vials on your certificate depends on the testing performed. Some tests require more than one vial, and our conformity testing checks additional vials from the same lot to confirm they match. Seeing a result for each vial shows the batch is consistent, rather than relying on a single sample.
Can you interpret my COA for me?
We are not able to interpret laboratory data or provide conclusions beyond what is stated on the certificate.
Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Do you offer fast shipping within the U.S.?
Yes. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, ship Monday. We ship UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air, and delivery times are business days only. Free UPS Ground shipping on U.S. orders over $250 (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).
Alaska and Hawaii Shipping Notice
Due to the additional distance and shipping costs associated with deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, a separate shipping fee applies to these locations. Ground shipping is $100, and UPS 2nd Day Air is $125. These shipping rates apply regardless of order total and are not eligible for our free shipping promotion.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States due to strict international regulations surrounding research chemicals.
Do you replace lost packages?
If an order has shipping insurance and was sent to the correct name and address, a package lost in transit is covered through the shipping insurance. If your package doesn’t arrive, email support@bionetiklabs.com with your order number and we’ll file a claim with the carrier. What’s covered depends on the carrier’s tracking: a package lost in transit can be claimed, but one scanned as delivered to the address given at checkout can’t. That includes theft after delivery, and packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
I think my package is lost. What do I do?
If your tracking hasn’t updated in two business days, email support@bionetiklabs.com with your order number. Keep weekends in mind: carriers don’t scan on Saturday or Sunday, so a Friday shipment may show no movement until Monday.
My tracking says delivered, but I don't see it.
Contact the carrier shown on your tracking number. They hold the delivery scan and can tell you exactly where and when the package was left, which is detail we don’t have on our end.
My tracking number hasn't moved.
A tracking number is generated when we print the label at our facility. That isn’t the same as the carrier having the package yet: you’ll see “label created” first, then a second scan once they physically receive it. If your order was placed after 2:00 PM EST on a Friday, it ships Monday, so you may not see movement until then.
What should I do if my vial arrives damaged?
Email support@bionetiklabs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description and photos.
Are refunds available?
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit, less shipping. Email support@bionetiklabs.com with your order number before sending anything back. Products must be unopened, with seals intact, in their original packaging. Otherwise, all sales are final once shipped. The exceptions are a wrong product, damage in transit, or a shipping error on our part, reported within 7 days of delivery with the product unopened and in its original packaging. See our Refund & Shipping Policy for details.
