Refund & Shipping Policy
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, ship the next business day (Monday). We ship within the United States only, by UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air. Delivery times are business days only. Carriers do not deliver 2nd Day Air on weekends, so a 2nd Day Air order shipped on a Friday arrives on Tuesday. Free UPS Ground shipping on U.S. orders over $250 (excludes Alaska and Hawaii)
Packaging and tracking
Products are shipped in plain, unlabeled packaging. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with its tracking number
Lost packages
If an order has shipping insurance and was sent to the correct name and address, a package lost in transit is covered through the shipping insurance. If your package doesn’t arrive, email support@bionetiklabs.com with your order number and we’ll file a claim with the carrier. What’s covered depends on the carrier’s tracking: a package lost in transit can be claimed, but one scanned as delivered to the address given at checkout can’t. That includes theft after delivery, and packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Returns for store credit
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit, less shipping. Email support@bionetiklabs.com with your order number before sending anything back. Products must be unopened, with seals intact, in their original packaging.
Refunds and replacements
Other than returns for store credit, all sales are final once an order ships. We will replace an order or issue store credit only if:
- you received the wrong product,
- your order was damaged in transit, or
- there was a shipping error on our part.
To make a claim, email support@bionetiklabs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem and photos of the product and packaging. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Once we review your claim, we will either replace the product or issue store credit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
